「8Synk」（以下「本アプリ」）に関するご質問・不具合報告・ご要望は、以下のメールアドレスまで ご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、順次対応いたします。
A. アプリ内チュートリアルのSTEP0.5「BPM自動検出のコツ」もご参照ください。曲のイントロ部分や ビートが不明瞭な箇所では自動検出の精度が下がることがあります。その場合は手動でBPMを入力・微調整 することをおすすめします。
A. STEP1.5「1拍目合わせのコツ」を参考に、動画を一時停止した状態で1拍目の瞬間に合わせてから 同期を確定してください。
A. チュートリアル内の専用ページで各スタイルのプレビューを確認できます。メイン画面上部の 切り替えボタンからいつでも変更可能です。
A. 端末の「設定」アプリ →「8Synk」で写真への「追加」権限が許可されているかご確認ください。

A. See the in-app tutorial's STEP0.5 "Tips for automatic BPM detection." Accuracy can drop during a song's intro or in sections where the beat is unclear. In that case, we recommend entering or fine-tuning the BPM manually.
A. Refer to STEP1.5 "Tips for aligning the first beat." Pause the video exactly on the first beat before confirming the sync.
A. You can preview each style on a dedicated page in the tutorial. You can switch styles at any time using the toggle button at the top of the main screen.
A. Please check that "Add Photos Only" permission is enabled for 8Synk under Settings > 8Synk on your device.
